Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience in Systems Administration, with expertise in Windows and Mac administration, Microsoft/Azure management, VM management, Email security, Identity Access Management, and Privileged Access Management. Experience with SaaS tool administration, including Okta, AD, and Atlassian tools is also required.

Responsibilities

The Systems Administrator will manage the diverse systems that empower employees, including Windows, Mac, virtual workstations, Active Directory, Office 365, Google services, and SaaS data flows, ensuring efficient account setup, permission management, and software configurations. They will work closely with IT Support, Security, and Cloud Operations teams to provide internal tech solutions, streamline onboarding/offboarding workflows, prioritize projects, act as a technical escalation point, troubleshoot and resolve issues, evaluate and improve IT workflows, and ensure the FIX team’s success through knowledge sharing. Additionally, the role involves managing company SaaS applications, delivering regular reports, and participating in agile sprints to innovate and improve IT processes.
