Candidates should possess at least 6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations, demonstrating a strong understanding of sales and marketing processes. They should have experience in analyzing sales performance data and identifying opportunities for improvement, as well as a proven ability to translate business needs into scalable systems and automation.
As RevOps Lead, the individual will act as a trusted advisor to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership, developing and executing revenue-driving initiatives and optimizing sales team performance. They will operate as the “CEO” of the GTM Innovation squad, designing and deploying AI-first solutions to transform go-to-market strategies, analyze sales data to identify bottlenecks, develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards, drive forecasting accuracy, and lead concurrent projects while ensuring clear communication and cross-functional collaboration.
