Responsibilities

  • Contribute to building partner and self-service (PLG) sales pathways
  • Help improve product trial and evaluation processes
  • Support pricing, packaging, and product bundling initiatives
  • Assist with product web content, SEO, and gathering customer feedback or testimonials
  • Support internal product training and adoption across sales, solutions, and customer teams
  • Track business performance using data and provide insights to support planning
  • Support customer and industry initiatives, including advisory groups and customer outreach
