Responsibilities

The Revenue Systems Manager will lead end-to-end revenue operations, architecting and optimizing the revenue engine during hyper-growth phases. This role involves executing complex technical implementations and driving strategic systems to scale GTM operations. Key responsibilities include collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to optimize the revenue process, building complex GTM systems for lead routing and pipeline processes, implementing commission plans, analyzing conversion rates and sales velocity, and owning the RevOps tech stack by integrating tools into HubSpot.
