Job Summary: PointClickCare is seeking a Senior Application Engineer with extensive Salesforce Development and Administration experience. This role also involves troubleshooting Git and DevOps issues for other team members. The ideal candidate is a stellar team player with a continuous learning mindset, comfortable working autonomously and coaching others. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Application Operations Engineering, you will leverage your skills without guidance, debug complex issues, contribute to technical documentation, manage the DevOps pipeline, onboard team members, and peer review builds. You’ll also provide training and consultation on systems and processes developed by the ESA team for business partners, supporting transformational projects, high-priority enhancements, and regular updates.
