3+ years of experience in Revenue Management or related field
Strong analytical skills with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
Proven track record of driving business performance

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Responsibilities
Lead analysis to determine the optimal mix of business across MGM Resorts
Recommend cross-property revenue strategies to senior leadership for enterprise alignment
Support development of high-level strategic plans to achieve profit and REVPAR targets
Gather and analyze customer and competitive intelligence, including pricing and brand value benchmarking
Implement best practices to improve efficiency within the Revenue Management Strategy department
Communicate performance insights to corporate stakeholders
Drive execution of profit improvement initiatives and seek innovation through external networking
Mentor and coach team members, fostering a high-performance culture and succession planning
Champion a work environment that promotes client service, collaboration, and professional growth
