Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Management or related field
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Proven track record of driving business performance
  • Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Lead analysis to determine the optimal mix of business across MGM Resorts
  • Recommend cross-property revenue strategies to senior leadership for enterprise alignment
  • Support development of high-level strategic plans to achieve profit and REVPAR targets
  • Gather and analyze customer and competitive intelligence, including pricing and brand value benchmarking
  • Implement best practices to improve efficiency within the Revenue Management Strategy department
  • Communicate performance insights to corporate stakeholders
  • Drive execution of profit improvement initiatives and seek innovation through external networking
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering a high-performance culture and succession planning
  • Champion a work environment that promotes client service, collaboration, and professional growth
