Requirements

Candidates should have strong experience in CRM management and lifecycle marketing, with hands-on expertise in building complex workflows and automation sequences. A systems-minded approach to translating business processes into automated CRM workflows with minimal oversight is essential. Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms, including workflow automation, lead routing, and lifecycle sequence design, is required. Experience working in dynamic, high-growth environments is also necessary. Bonus points for advanced HubSpot certifications, lifecycle marketing and lead nurturing campaign optimization, exposure to fintech, experience with data tools (SQL, BI platforms, ETL pipelines), and comfort operating in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

Responsibilities

The Revenue Operations Analyst will own HubSpot CRM operations, maintain data quality standards, and optimize system performance. They will design, build, and maintain workflows to automate customer journey touchpoints and improve conversion rates, while creating and optimizing sophisticated lifecycle marketing sequences and lead nurturing campaigns. Responsibilities include managing advanced lead routing logic, implementing automated processes to eliminate friction, and partnering with cross-functional teams to translate strategic playbooks into executable CRM processes. The role also involves building and maintaining standard operating procedures for customer lifecycle management, designing scalable systems and workflows, documenting processes, training teams, and continuously optimizing customer journey touchpoints based on performance data. Additionally, the analyst will map and optimize the complete customer lifecycle, build automated sequences for customer activation and reduced time-to-value, design workflow logic for personalized customer experiences, and collaborate with product and customer success teams to resolve journey friction points.
