Candidates must have proven experience working with HubSpot CRM and Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS), along with 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing or SaaS. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and services are required. HubSpot Sales or Marketing certification and prior agency experience are a plus. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a team.
The Growth Specialist will drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, promoting and selling digital marketing services and/or HubSpot CRM solutions. This role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting needs analysis, tailoring customized proposals and presentations, and managing the pipeline using CRM tools. The specialist will also collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery, and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
