This includes owning Salesforce and the sales technology stack, managing day-to-day sales operations, ensuring accuracy in quotes and orders, and driving consistency across global processes. Responsibilities also include analyzing and optimizing the sales lifecycle, designing scalable systems for various go-to-market motions, leading territory planning and quota management, supporting deal complexity, maintaining CRM data quality, overseeing vendor management, and driving operational discipline around forecasting and pipeline governance.
