A strong sense of structure and repeatability across editorial systems, including calendars, templates, and pipelines, is essential. Familiarity with AI writing tools such as TOFU, ChatGPT, or Claude, and an understanding of their responsible use, is also required. A mindset that blends storytelling craft with systems thinking, along with curiosity about data, business, and the world, is crucial.

Responsibilities

This role involves structuring storytelling from first-party sources by creating original, long-form editorial content based on customer interviews, founder perspectives, research, and transcripts. Responsibilities include developing content formats and modular structures for reusable narratives, building storytelling templates for consistent team contributions, and editing contributions to maintain editorial clarity, structure, and brand voice. The position also requires operationalizing AI-native editorial workflows by using AI tools to accelerate drafts, summarize interviews, and support content repackaging, while building prompt templates and QA checklists for responsible AI use. Furthermore, the role entails owning the editorial system by managing a unified editorial calendar, maintaining a versioned content library, and designing internal tools and collaboration processes for content reuse. Finally, the lead will drive distribution strategy and outreach by partnering with teams to adapt long-form stories into channel-native formats and identifying high-leverage content opportunities for external distribution.
