A natural curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, particularly in automation, data, and workflow orchestration across the GTM stack, is expected. Familiarity with B2B go-to-market motions and their effectiveness measurement is also needed. The ideal candidate is a high achiever with a strong sense of ownership, capable of managing tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
The Revenue Operations Associate will design, maintain, and enhance dashboards using BI tools to monitor marketing campaign performance, sales pipeline health, lead flow, and conversion metrics. They will automate recurring reports and implement self-serve analytics for GTM teams. Responsibilities include analyzing funnel performance from marketing campaigns to sales outcomes, providing insights into key KPIs like campaign ROI and customer acquisition cost (CAC), and supporting A/B testing, sales activity analysis, and segmentation strategies. The role involves writing Python and SQL scripts for data extraction, cleaning, and structuring from external sources, and building automated enrichment pipelines to augment CRM and marketing data with third-party insights. Additionally, the associate will take ownership of data cleanliness and integrity across GTM systems, investigate and resolve data issues, and maintain GTM logic such as lead scoring models and lifecycle stage transitions.
