Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data stewardship or data analytics role, preferably in the SaaS industry in Revenue Operations, Data Operations, or related fields
  • Experience of successful database integrations post M&A or after partnership agreements
  • Experience of managing and QAing offshore/o SaaS projects
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable in ambiguity with the ability to clearly define the best course of actions and finds solutions despite incomplete information
  • Proactive collaborator with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Experience of defining and gathering business functional data quality rules for core customer and sales metrics

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the integration of AI tools (Clay, Perplexity AI, ChatGPT, Hunter, Python web-scraping libraries) and manual validation processes for effective data enrichment and validation
  • Direct the work of overseas data analysts, ensuring quality, productivity, and SLA adherence
  • Manage data source identification, controls monitoring, data quality frameworks, and data management
  • Establish and enforce scalable data quality processes, including automated checks, deduplication, enrichment, and regular data governance reviews
  • Track and improve current data quality and accuracy levels to reach GTM data accuracy benchmarks
  • Monitor monthly record ingestion and manage the deduplication process in Salesforce, Hubspot, and MarketoS
  • Serve as the point of contact for data vendor relationships (ZoomInfo, Openprise, etc.) and manage consumption of credits to minimize the cost of data enrichment
  • Define and gather business functional data quality rules for core customer and sales metrics
  • Optimize data hierarchy structures and lead hierarchy enrichment/attribution initiatives
  • Communicate data changes effectively to stakeholders of all levels
