Sales Enablement Specialist – Onboarding

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in onboarding, customer success, deal desk, or project coordination roles, along with 2+ years of successful sales experience. The role requires the ability to manage multiple concurrent processes, communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, and navigate internal systems and client obstacles. A background in payroll, human resources, tax incentives, consulting, or other professional services, as well as a Bachelor's degree, are also required.
The Revenue Enablement Specialist will manage the post-sale customer journey, facilitating contract finalization, onboarding, and early adoption to accelerate time-to-value. Responsibilities include managing the contract submission workflow, coordinating security and compliance reviews, and liaising with clients during implementation scheduling and kickoff. The specialist will also track post-signature milestones, lead a "Hyper Care" phase to monitor adoption, and ensure revenue retention before handing off clients to the long-term Client Development team.
