Candidates must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with a minimum of one year of experience in a quota-carrying sales role like BDR, SDR, AE, or AM. A passion for coaching and experience in a fast-growing startup sales environment are essential. Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, or similar platforms, along with strong knowledge of various training methods including simulations, micro-learning, and active recall, is required.
The Sales Enablement Specialist will own, update, and support the sales onboarding program, creating a structured and engaging experience for new hires. They will also develop and deliver training on sales methodologies, processes, and tech stack usage, assist in tracking key success metrics and KPIs for sales enablement efforts, and support onboarding program development for other Revenue Organization roles. Additionally, the specialist will facilitate blended learning experiences, conduct skills gap analyses, collaborate on sales resources, improve ramp time through comprehensive training, monitor sales performance, and track the effectiveness of onboarding and training programs for continuous improvement.
