The Revenue Enablement Program Specialist will lead the coordination and delivery of onboarding programs, manage key enablement tools, ensure content remains current and accessible, and support the execution of major enablement initiatives across the sales organization. This role involves driving structure, scale, and consistency in enablement, managing multiple concurrent programs, and stakeholder relationships. Responsibilities include leading onboarding logistics, designing scalable onboarding journeys, administering enablement tools, developing project plans, maintaining content libraries, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, supporting strategic project rollouts, creating measurement reports, owning internal communications, partnering with RevOps to track KPIs, and building dashboards and change management plans.
