Responsibilities

  • Perform health checks on implementations of customers about to pay their first bill, using tracked usage data
  • Make contact with customers to set them up for success, ensuring they see value from their subscription immediately
  • Present adoption pathways, educating customers on benefits of additional PostHog products they may not be using
  • Help customers optimize usage, including reducing bills if they're spending too much
  • Analyze how customers are using PostHog and advise on best practices at the start of their journey
  • Support customer retention by enabling better product building through effective PostHog setup
