Lead and develop a team of 6-8 enablement professionals to drive a unified, cohesive enablement strategy. Partner with Operations leaders to create a strategy and roadmap for the future of enablement on Operations, analyzing performance trends and workforce needs. Own the Operations enablement lifecycle end-to-end, setting goals, driving timelines, removing blockers, and aligning stakeholders. Translate product, policy, and org-level changes into effective team enablement plans. Lead cross-functional enablement initiatives in partnership with the Learning and Development team and Operations leadership.
