Responsibilities

Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products and ensure exceptional customer service
Actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals while developing retail sales skills and product knowledge
Keep the store organized by managing displays, restocking shelves, and handling merchandise (including occasional lifting up to 50 pounds and standing throughout most of shift)
Handle cashier responsibilities, including accurately processing payments and ensuring a positive final customer impression
Stay informed on Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories to share product details and improve customer experience and sales
Collaborate with team members to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand and meets company standards
