Responsibilities

The Product Developer will manage the development of new footwear products from concept to commercialization, collaborating with LO PE teams, engineering, and factory teams. They will review blueprints, 3Ds, and wooden models, manage project information, lead meetings, and ensure accuracy and timelines are met. The role involves working with factory partners to convert designs into manufacturable products, evaluating project status, and providing solutions to potential issues. Additionally, the Product Developer will support the product commercialization process, manage prototyping and sampling, and ensure the successful hand-over of products to CSC production teams, including providing documentation like CCL, Key Feature & process Map, and Passing reports.
