Responsibilities

  • Evangelize the value that Automation brings to businesses by combining digital workforce with AI/ML capabilities
  • Be a thought leader on best ways to advance the UiPath platform, develop marketplace offerings, and industry-specific solution accelerators
  • Understand industry challenges, headwinds, and opportunities for businesses
  • Partner with sales team to define account strategy, ideate on growing solution footprint with customers, and identify desired business outcomes
  • Build and deliver industry-specific demos and proof of value (PoV) for prospects and customers
  • Conduct process discovery sessions to understand current work processes, build backlog of potential automation opportunities, and quantify unlocked value
  • Work closely with Product & Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to channel customer feedback and refine UiPath offerings
  • Share lessons learned and best practices with other members of the UiPath GTM team
  • Provide feedback loop into product teams for continual innovation and improved customer satisfaction
  • Act as a strategic advisor to prospects, customers, and UiPath salesforce focused on Banking and Financial Services, uncovering value of Automation and AI, designing processes with UiPath platform, securing technical wins, and identifying high-value uses throughout customer lifecycle
