Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with mid to senior-level experience in the retail sector, preferably grocery, including digital transformation or process improvement initiatives. Alternatively, 5+ years in a retail technology client-facing role such as customer success, account management, consulting, project management, change management, or onboarding/training is required. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are also necessary.
