Candidates must possess at least 5 years of Construction Management experience in Retail Store TI and/or Commercial TI Construction, with strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and MS Teams is required, and the role ideally requires the candidate to be based in the Midwest region. A Construction Management Degree is preferred.
The Construction Project Manager will manage new store projects, including developing and managing construction budgets, timelines, and schedules. This includes coordinating bidding, qualifying contractors, reviewing contracts, and approving quotes. The role involves providing construction guidance, reviewing drawings, analyzing proposals, managing the construction process, conducting site visits, preparing punch lists, and managing warranty follow-up. Additionally, the manager will coordinate with landlords, designers, architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams, and support the Tenant Improvement Allowance collection process.
