The Opportunity

This position is located in Culiacán within the Diabetes Care division. We are focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive more informed decisions. We are revolutionizing how people manage their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.

As a Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to promote Diabetes Care products in pharmacies, hospitals, and private practices. Your mission will be to ensure sustained growth through the correct administration of resources, meeting productivity objectives, and providing personalized customer follow-up.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute work plans.
  • Promote and train on the use of devices for pharmacy chains, hospitals, medical offices, and key opinion leaders, conducting yourself ethically in accordance with applicable national and international regulations.
  • Develop and grow business.
  • Generate sales reports and review indicators.
  • Be a demand generator for our products.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related field – Graduated.
  • Knowledge in Diabetes Line.
  • Intermediate English language proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in Productivity Indicators.
  • Availability to Travel: Mazatlán, Guasave, and Los Mochis, Sinaloa.

Required Experience:

  • Preferably in sales for the Diabetes Line (insulins and/or glucose meters).

Skills:

  • Service attitude, Proactive, Planning and Objective-Oriented Work.
