Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably within a related industry, along with a strong desire to serve the customer and interpersonal skills. They should also have solid analytical skills, a strong understanding of life sciences and/or the bioprocess industry, and the ability to present information to various personnel.
The Inside Sales Representative will lead tactical customer calls, quote inquiries, and product inquiries, design and implement a business plan to drive growth, engage directly with potential clients, apply effective sales strategies, and proactively seek out sales opportunities. They will also engage with suppliers, prepare quotes, maintain customer profile information in Salesforce, and support customer needs through the supply chain.
