Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 7 years of strategic security sales experience selling into Fortune Level Organizations, specifically targeting Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT Personsas (CISO/CIO’s). They must have experience working with at least one earlier stage start-up organization (under 1000 employees) or demonstrate entrepreneurial skills, along with a proven track record of landing and expanding 7 figure deals and successfully selling to G2K companies, developing new logos from scratch. Additionally, experience selling through a channel motion and utilizing MEDDIC sales methodology is required.

Responsibilities

As a Strategic Regional Sales Manager, the candidate will develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals, manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem from lead generation to closing, help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process, articulate the value proposition throughout the organization, forecast predictably and hit sales targets, and prioritize putting customers first. They will also be responsible for occasionally performing duties outside standard working hours to support the remote-first company environment and build strong, enduring customer relationships.
