  • Salary: $150,000 - $165,000 (Base Salary Range, dependent on geographic location) + Commission/Incentive Plan

We are seeking an ambitious, adaptable, and enthusiastic Strategic Regional Sales Manager. You will articulate Cribl's value proposition, execute proven sales processes, and take ownership of meeting leading indicators. The ideal candidate will excel at creating customer-centric solutions and building strong, enduring customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
  • Manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem, from lead generation to closing.
  • Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
  • Articulate Cribl's value proposition to all levels within customer organizations, from engineers to CxOs.
  • Provide predictable forecasting and hit sales targets.
  • Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours due to the remote-first nature and global team collaboration.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of strategic security sales experience selling into Fortune Level Organizations.
  • Experience calling on Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT personas (CISO/CIOs).
  • Experience working with at least one early-stage startup organization (<1000 employees) or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
  • Proven track record of landing and expanding 7-figure deals.
  • Success selling to G2K companies and developing at least one new logo from scratch.
  • Experience selling through a channel motion.
  • Ability to create demand in a territory and sell un-budgeted solutions.
  • Background using MEDDIC methodology.
