Requirements

Candidates must have over 5 years of high achievement selling enterprise platform solutions in SIEM, log management, cybersecurity, observability, data analytics, or data management markets. A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, strong presentation skills, and the ability to interact with technical stakeholders and executive decision makers are essential. Experience owning and running the entire sales cycle, a consultative sales approach, strength in evangelizing technology, and excellent verbal and interpersonal skills are also required.

Responsibilities

The Specialist Sales Manager will identify, develop, and execute account strategies to close new business and expand revenue within the assigned region. They will scope, negotiate, and close agreements to exceed booking and revenue targets, and target decision makers in key prospect accounts. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers, collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners to drive engagement, and capturing prospect information using Salesforce.com.
