Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, which is preferred, and an MBA is a plus. A minimum of seven years of experience as a Hunter/Seeker sales professional, specifically selling DAS systems, is required, along with an established network of key decision-makers in the Pacific Northwest region to meet and exceed revenue expectations. Demonstrated success in developing and winning complex deals for technology solutions within the Pacific Northwest market is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Director will creatively sell JMA’s portfolio of high-performance DAS systems to clients in the Pacific Northwest market, building and maintaining relationships with customers, collaborating with internal departments, managing the sales funnel and providing weekly status reports, and executing detailed territory and account plans. They will also build alliances and partnerships with wireless operators, neutral host companies, integrators, and other ecosystem partners to complement JMA’s value, and be responsible for up to 50% travel required.
