The Regional Sales Director will provide management oversight to Regional Sales Managers within Spain to drive sales strategy and goal attainment. This role involves participating in quarterly and annual strategic planning sessions with the sales management team, communicating corporate strategy to regional employees, and planning/directing sales activities such as forecasting, marketing program development, relationship building, customer satisfaction, and collateral development. Responsibilities include establishing short-term and long-term goals and quotas aligned with corporate objectives, identifying needed resources for sales strategy support, and proposing budgets for senior management review. The Director will also identify and qualify important Enterprise sales opportunities, act as a coach and mentor to Regional Sales Managers, and select, develop, and evaluate personnel to meet sales goals.
