About the Team: This role focuses on leading Workday's growth in Thailand, increasing market presence by building strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues. The team will drive demand generation, forecast revenue, collaborate with the partner ecosystem, and lead sales opportunities across HCM, Payroll, ERP/GL, and FP&A domains. This is a strategic position for Workday's continued growth in the APAC region. The Enterprise Sales team supports each other while driving accountability for outstanding results, balancing integrity and innovation to help employees grow and develop.

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to mentor Account Executives, drive new customer acquisition, advise on deal strategy, support executive sponsor alignment, assist in commercial deal processes, and forecast revenue. As a Regional Sales Director, you will demonstrate a strong ability to drive account development, pipeline generation, and customer wins. The role emphasizes value-centric sales messaging to increase the probability of capital/investment approval and project prioritization. You will collaborate across Workday departments, including Presales/Solution Consulting, Value Management, Business Architecture, Professional Services, Marketing, Deal Desk, and Legal. You will mentor your team on account development, pipeline generation, and value-centric sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles, build strong customer relationships, and cultivate mutually beneficial partnerships in Thailand.

Responsibilities

  • Drive net new revenue growth through mentoring on deal strategy, executive sponsor alignment, commercial negotiations, and accurate forecasting.
  • Guide the team in account development and pipeline generation activities.
  • Focus on value-centric sales messaging to heighten the probability of capital/investment approval and project prioritization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Presales/Solution Consulting, Value Management, Business Architecture, Professional Services, Marketing, Deal Desk, and Legal.
  • Mentor the team on account development, pipeline generation, and value-centric sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
