The Sales Development (Lead) will be responsible for leading and scaling the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team, shaping the team’s strategy for generating pipeline, breaking into new markets, and driving top-of-funnel excellence at ElevenLabs. This includes coaching and mentoring SDRs, collaborating with Account Executives and sales leadership, and contributing to overall sales growth targets.
