Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, brand, or consumer marketing roles within fast-paced environments, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or B2B sectors, and demonstrate a deep understanding of Southern European markets—specifically France, Italy, and Spain—with insights into SME needs and financial ecosystems. Fluency in English and at least one local language (French, Italian, or Spanish) is required, along with strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights and an ability to work effectively within matrix structures and virtual teams.
As the Regional Product Marketing Lead, you will develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies tailored to the unique needs of Southern European markets, aligning with global product roadmaps and marketing objectives, conducting in-depth market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscapes, collaborating closely with Product, Analytics, Engineering, Growth, and other teams to develop and launch impactful marketing campaigns, leading the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, using data analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum impact, and serving as the voice of the Southern European markets within the organization, advocating for regional needs and ensuring they are reflected in product development and marketing strategies.
