Requirements

Candidates should possess B-to-B marketing experience, proven field marketing experience supporting sales teams and channel partners, and the ability to translate sales goals into a reliable marketing plan. They must also have skills in digital marketing, budget management and forecasting, excellent collaboration skills, strong communication skills, excellent organizational and project management skills, experience participating in sales call reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), experience managing and negotiating vendor contracts, experience tracking and measuring marketing events, programs, and metrics, and experience with Salesforce.com and Marketo (preferred).

Responsibilities

The Regional Marketing Manager will research, plan, and execute marketing programs, campaigns, and events to generate demand and accelerate pipelines, develop and execute a 6-month continuous field marketing plan, collaborate with sales leadership to measure the total addressable market engaged, develop marketing plans to build relationships with senior executives, drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) aligned with sales target accounts, create, build, and execute field events, track program results, measure program success, report status through Salesforce, manage program budgets, and collaborate across all marketing departments to implement field programs.
