More than 6 years of experience in event marketing or event operations in healthcare, health tech, or related field
Demonstrated ability to build marketing and events programs that drive pipeline and brand engagement
Strong project management and logistics coordination skills
Experience with trade shows, conferences, and virtual events

Responsibilities

Design and execute integrated field marketing programs tailored to different audiences (e.g., providers, payors, and at different department levels)
Collaborate with internal teams to align on appropriate events and attendees
Develop and scale an events marketing playbook, including roundtables, lunch & learns, executive forums, and membership research
Plan and manage all aspects of healthcare industry events, including company-hosted events and third-party conferences
Oversee event logistics: venue selection, vendor coordination, catering, signage, AV, swag, and registration
Manage required collateral, booth setup where applicable, and real-time troubleshooting on-site
Support pre-event planning and post-event follow-up in collaboration with sales, including outreach campaigns, lead processing, and metrics reporting
Plan and host webinars, panel discussions, and virtual meetups using platforms such as Zoom
Handle scheduling, speaker prep, tech setup, and attendee communications for virtual events
Partner with demand generation to build a pipeline from virtual engagement
Coordinate team members on messaging, collateral, and branded materials
Track event performance and impact on pipeline; maintain event calendar and budget oversight
Engage healthcare ecosystem partners to co-host events and collaborate on joint programs
