More than 6 years of experience in event marketing or event operations in healthcare, health tech, or related field
Demonstrated ability to build marketing and events programs that drive pipeline and brand engagement
Strong project management and logistics coordination skills
Experience with trade shows, conferences, and virtual events
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Knowledge of the healthcare industry
Responsibilities
Design and execute integrated field marketing programs tailored to different audiences (e.g., provider, payors, and also at the different department levels)
Collaborate with internal teams to align on appropriate events and attendees
Develop and scale an events marketing playbook, including roundtables, lunch & learns, executive forums, and membership research
Plan and manage all aspects of healthcare industry events, including company-hosted events and third-party conferences
