About This Role (À propos de ce poste)

As a Regional Sales Manager – Enterprise, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities with enterprise clients while developing existing relationships. You will position CrowdStrike as the provider of choice within your accounts. To meet and exceed your personal sales quota, you will need to successfully drive the sales cycle. You will respond to customer requirements and collaborate with relevant internal teams to deliver successful business proposals.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate exceptional energy and dynamism, and a genuine desire to develop business within a portfolio of accounts. They must be able to quickly build effective relationships and immediately identify value-added activity within each account that can then be developed using internal resources. This is a field sales position, and we are currently looking for top talent in the province of Quebec.

What You Will Do (Ce que vous ferez)

  • Work closely with internal resources and autonomously to build an efficient process and exceed your personal sales quota.
  • Identify new business opportunities while establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships up to the executive level within your assigned account portfolio.
  • Network within the client organization and influence key decision-makers, typically at the C-level.
  • Act as a CrowdStrike representative for specific client accounts.
  • Communicate and promote the company's value proposition and services to become a trusted advisor to the clientele.
  • Identify new business opportunities and prepare detailed account development plans, engagement strategies, and objectives for each account in your assigned portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and lead a virtual team to generate and close opportunities.
  • Take ownership of opportunities and accurately forecast their business objectives and outcomes.

What You Will Need (Ce dont vous aurez besoin)

  • At least 5 years of field sales experience with enterprise clients in the SaaS, technology, or security sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience in targeted selling, solution selling, or consultative selling techniques.
  • Ability to close deals for solutions and services valued between $250,000 and $1 million.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze complex, multi-variable problems, and use a systematic approach to achieve a rapid resolution.
