Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Communications, or equivalent experience, along with over 5 years of relevant work experience. A strong understanding of access control and system integrator spaces is required, as is the ability to travel up to 70% domestically and internationally with a valid driver's license. Preferred qualifications include a Master's Degree in a relevant field, prior experience in the Security Industry or Access Control Industry, and proficiency in sales systems, mechanical aptitude, consultative selling, and electrical engineering.
The Partnership Sales Lead will acquire new security distributors to expand Chamberlain Group's access control strategy for community and facility end-user segments. They will build product awareness, adoption, and sales growth within the security distribution channel by engaging with dealers and prospects, and support dealer engagement initiatives with segment end users in collaboration with internal teams. Responsibilities also include representing the company at industry events, facilitating trainings for distributor teams and dealers, supporting go-to-market strategies for new product deployment, building competitive product knowledge to position the company's portfolio, and tracking all distribution activities and sales opportunities in Salesforce. Additionally, the role requires maintaining professional knowledge through continuous learning and contributing to team efforts.
