Candidates should possess 7+ years of solution/value selling experience, 3+ years of enterprise account experience selling to Healthcare or Life Sciences customers, and a proven track record of successful quota attainment. Strong communication skills are required to explain complex concepts effectively, as well as the ability to navigate client organizations and develop relationships with key contacts.
The Enterprise Account Executive will assess territory potential, develop sales strategies, achieve sales targets, evangelize the UiPath brand, educate customers on automation solutions, establish customer relationships, monitor market conditions, and collaborate internally with other sales executives and cross-functional groups to foster knowledge sharing and best practices. They will also explore ways to incorporate automation into daily work and provide valuable insights into improving customer business operations.
