The Enterprise Sales Executive will cover life sciences customer accounts, working with C-Suite and Digital Transformation groups to deliver value and provide a one-stop shop for automation solutions. Requirements

  • 7+ years of solution/value selling experience
  • 3+ years of enterprise account experience selling to Healthcare or Life Sciences customers (preferred)
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively
  • Proven success in achieving sales quotas and growing enterprise client portfolios
  • High aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and influence
  • Research and data-driven approach to account planning

Responsibilities

  • Assess territory/market potential and develop sales strategy to maximize UiPath revenue.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within quarterly schedules.
  • Evangelize the UiPath brand by presenting, promoting, and selling UiPath solutions with a value selling approach.
  • Educate customers on how UiPath solutions can benefit them financially and professionally.
  • Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships in the territory.
  • Develop trusted relationships with local partners and global systems integrators.
  • Partner with Customer Success Manager group to ensure customer receives maximum value.
  • Monitor industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.
  • Collaborate internally with other sales executives and cross-functional groups.
  • Explore ways of incorporating automation into daily work.
