Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 5 years of relevant alliance development or alliance management experience, along with 5+ years of experience in sales or partnership development specific to the billing and payment sector, and strong utility vertical fintech experience – established relationship with third party organizations. A detailed-oriented approach with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of alliance development is required, as is great business acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

The Director, Strategic Alliances will conduct comprehensive market investigations to identify potential strategic alliance opportunities, assess the strategic fit of prospective partners, initiate engagement with partners, negotiate terms and agreements, collaborate cross-functionally, oversee the execution of the business development process, develop proposals and presentations, lead contract negotiation processes, coordinate internal resources, facilitate agreement implementation, and maintain attention to detail while adhering to timelines. They will also support the transition of strategic alliances into the Sales department for channel development and participate in daily review meetings, metrics, and documentation of calls and follow-up activities, and be willing to travel up to 30% of the time.
