Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field and have 7-10 years of leadership experience managing strategic alliances, ideally with Cisco or within the technology sector. A strong understanding of the Infrastructure Alliances business model, solutions portfolio, and industry position is essential, along with demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and build collaborative partnerships. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, as well as technical and business acumen to align technology with business objectives, are required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Director, Infrastructure Alliances will develop and implement partner business plans aligned with strategic goals, driving revenue growth through partner-led sales opportunities. This role involves collaborating with partners on joint go-to-market strategies, coordinating internal teams for sales initiatives, and building strong relationships with partner contacts. Responsibilities include monitoring partner performance, providing training and support, analyzing engagement data, and assisting in the development of MOU strategies. The position also requires partnering with regional sales teams for co-selling efforts and supporting partner specialization audits.
