Candidates should have 5-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced startups or GTM-heavy tech companies. Proven success hiring across commercial and operational functions, especially Sales, Field Marketing, RevOps, Engineering, and Broker/Producer talent, is required. Strong sourcing and closing capabilities, particularly with passive candidates, are essential. Experience hiring in fintech, insurance, or other high-trust industries is a bonus.
The Recruiting Lead will run hiring end-to-end, owning full-cycle recruiting across all commercial and operational functions including Sales, Marketing, Growth, Customer Success, Tech, and brokers. They will build strong pipelines by sourcing, engaging, and converting high-quality candidates, and partner closely with leadership to shape roles, define success profiles, and lead interview processes. Responsibilities also include implementing clean systems such as scorecards, reporting, and ATS hygiene, acting as a compelling advocate for Anzen, and testing candidate fit for leadership potential, business fluency, and cultural alignment.
Provides executive risk insurance and management tools
Anzen offers executive risk insurance and tools to mitigate management risk, including D&O, Employment Practices, and Fiduciary insurance. The company integrates with core HR and finance systems to provide a holistic view of operations and proactive people operations tools.
