The Associate, Talent Operations will support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding and managing employee transitions. They will also play a key role in planning, organizing, and executing company events and culture-building initiatives. Responsibilities include drafting and distributing internal communications, ensuring data accuracy in HR systems, managing administrative tasks like I-9 verification and benefits administration, and identifying opportunities to streamline People Operations workflows.
