Responsibilities

  • Support the new-hire onboarding process by preparing new employee files, coordinating orientation sessions, and processing related paperwork (I-9s, offer letters, contracts, etc.)
  • Conduct or coordinate pre-employment checks (background checks, references, etc.)
  • Support leavers/termination process including liaising with IT, related paperwork, and reports
  • Assist in maintaining and updating accurate and confidential employee records digitally and in the HRIS
  • Generate and submit routine reports on HR activity (turnover, hiring status, employee data)
  • Assist with coordination of company meetings, events, and training sessions
  • Prepare and disseminate HR-related documents (employment verification letters, change forms, etc.)
  • Monitor company iPostal accounts and distribute mail
  • Assist in ensuring adherence to global federal, state, and local employment laws (maintenance of postings, documentation audits, compliance reports, mandatory training)
  • Assist in administering employee benefits and engagement activities
