Responsibilities

Supporting onboarding: preparing welcome materials, communicating with newcomers, coordinating the first working day (70% People Operations & Employee Experience)
Preparing and publishing internal announcements, surveys, and messages in Slack (70%)
Assisting with internal team activities (birthdays, events, and wellbeing initiatives) (70%)
Maintaining HRIS (PeopleForce) and keeping the Eleken Handbook in Notion up to date (70%)
Supporting trainees within Internship programs: coordination, communication, and organizational tasks (70%)
Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers (30% Collaboration with Recruitment Team)
Assisting with sourcing candidates for key and hard-to-fill roles (30%)
Supporting the recruitment process: interview coordination, candidate communication, follow-ups (30%)
Contributing to improving the overall candidate experience throughout all stages of recruitment (30%)
