Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or recruiting roles is required. Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional accent are necessary. Candidates must be comfortable engaging with business owners and decision-makers. A goal-driven, persuasive, and resilient attitude with the ability to handle rejections positively is essential. Familiarity with the home care industry is a plus, and being based in South America is preferred.
Conduct outbound cold calls to business owners of home care companies. Present and promote company services in a professional and persuasive manner. Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects to generate interest. Accurately record interactions, leads, and progress in the CRM or designated system. Follow up with prospects as needed to move conversations forward. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of recruitment and outreach goals.
