Requirements

  • Hybrid work (2-3 days in London office), full-time role in London, UK (with potential for remote work)
  • Reports to Manager, Talent Acquisition
  • Focus on attracting, hiring, developing, and retaining top talent for Go-To-Market teams (Sales, CS, Support, etc.) in EMEA and APAC
  • Involvement in first-year experience and career development of employees (“Roomies”)

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle talent acquisition: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates
  • Implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and build diverse candidate pools
  • Maintain active pipelining efforts for evergreen roles
  • Provide coaching and advice to hiring teams on recruiting best practices and strategies
  • Partner with hiring teams to implement inclusive and equitable recruiting strategies at scale, and support candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams
  • Train and guide hiring teams on interview best practices and inclusive hiring techniques
  • Deliver a world-class candidate experience through clear communication, timely updates, and a respectful hiring process
  • Promote SevenRooms as a premier employer through talent branding and engagement initiatives
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics, prepare reports, and provide data-driven insights to leadership
