Requirements

Candidates must have experience implementing Software as a Service (SaaS) with external clients and at least 3 years of experience in healthcare technology, particularly supporting health plans and value-based payment arrangements. A strong healthcare background, including direct experience with clinicians or physicians, is required, along with expertise in developing and implementing educational programs, preferably in healthcare. Experience with educational technology and software for training content creation and delivery, as well as working in an agile environment, is necessary. Outstanding written and verbal communication, keen problem-solving abilities, and an extremely organized, detail-oriented approach are also essential. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or higher in healthcare or education, proven team leadership experience, a track record in fast-paced startups, and strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

The Provider Education Manager will develop and lead role-specific training programs for clinicians and physicians in various formats. They will oversee the creation of engaging, accurate, and compliant educational content, and manage the execution of training sessions to maximize participant engagement and understanding. The role involves evaluating and improving training effectiveness through feedback and assessments, collaborating with stakeholders to align training with organizational and clinical standards, and driving software adoption by leading the use of technology for customer-facing learning content.
