  • Willingness to travel up to 20–25% to client sites

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner to clients, driving adoption, ROI, and long-term success for Claims and Contract Manager suite products
  • Manage a portfolio of clients focused on Payer Contracts, Claims, and Claim Scrubber products
  • Guide clients through optimization and strategic use to maximize value
  • Act as a trusted advisor, aligning technology with client goals to improve operational efficiency and financial performance
  • Acclimate quickly to client implementations to facilitate updates, enhancements, and issue resolution
  • Partner strategically with Customer Support, Optimization, Product, Development teams, and other support teams for ticket resolution and enhancement requests
  • Evaluate client use of Claims and Contract Manager product suite including Claim Scrubber; recommend best practices and configuration improvements
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with Relationship Managers, showcasing ROI, adoption metrics, and strategic opportunities
  • Maintain understanding of client Statements of Work (SOW) and guide clients through post-go-live optimization
  • Be the product expert for Contract Manager product suite including Claims Scrubber and Claims, driving adoption and measurable outcomes
