Responsibilities

Conduct planned and unplanned technical briefings and consultations with customers
Provide necessary clarifications and instructions to customers before and after technical briefings
Instruct customers on the use of medical equipment in compliance with standard plans
Sign necessary documents and provide them to customers within defined deadlines
Answer customer questions concerning clinical system use
Provide customers with necessary instructions and tools for clinical system use
Prepare and conduct classes with customers on topics developed by the company
Prepare and conduct briefings and consultations for customers on remote access technology
Support marketing activities
Complete Quality & Compliance training and professional knowledge and skills attestation within defined deadlines
