  • Instruct customers on the use of medical equipment in compliance with standard plans
  • Sign necessary documents and provide them to customers within defined deadlines
  • Answer customer questions concerning clinical system use
  • Provide customers with necessary instructions and tools for clinical system use
  • Prepare and conduct classes with customers on topics developed by the company
  • Prepare and conduct briefings and consultations for customers on remote access technology
  • Support marketing activities
  • Complete Quality & Compliance training and professional knowledge and skills attestation within defined deadlines
