The Opportunity

This position is within the Nutrition business. Our nutrition area develops science-based nutritional products for people of all ages, from supporting the growth of babies and children, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. Millions of people worldwide rely on our leading brands – including those available in Brazil such as PediaSure®, Pedialyte®, Ensure®, and Glucerna® – to help them get the nutrients they need to live healthier lives.

What You Will Do

  • Plan the daily visit itinerary, according to sequence and frequency criteria, to ensure greater effectiveness, efficiency, and economy of resources within established goals, providing scientific information and benefits about our products to the clients under your responsibility.
  • Conduct negotiations and sales of Abbott products with the pharmacies visited, in various service channels, including (Chains, Independents, Deliveries, and Associativism). It is your sole responsibility to sell, invoice, and follow up on after-sales through the order platform (OL), with the aim of increasing demand and brand loyalty.
  • Meet sales targets and store positings, according to what is established in your in-person and remote visits (Phone, WhatsApp, and Web).
  • Analyze information bases (audits) provided for decision-making, aiming to implement the most appropriate strategy for each client profile.
  • Demonstrate Abbott products in pharmacies, providing scientific information and product benefits to the end consumer.
  • Implement merchandising fundamentals with excellence in the visited pharmacies according to established guidelines and establish merchandising actions, such as: increasing product facings and/or implementing extra spaces, cleaning, implementing promotional material, placing prices, aiming to increase sales.
  • Collect information (field research) on prices, competition, inventory, and sales of Abbott products to ensure adequate stock for the volume of products sold per POS, aiming to support strategic decisions.
  • Conduct the minimum designated number of trainings (in-person/virtual) monthly for over-the-counter products for sales associates and health professionals, and prescription products for pharmacists, under your client portfolio, using support materials developed and approved by Abbott.
  • Present the patient relationship program "Abrace a Vida" to all professionals in your client portfolio and ensure they understand the benefits granted by Abbott to patients through this platform.
  • Maintain relationships with the managers of the points of sale under your management to positively impact the product demand flow.
  • Maintain the controls and records defined by the company, preparing reports of your activities.
