Requirements

Candidates should have significant experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or a Chief of Staff role within a product development organization. Proven ability to design and drive planning cadences at squad, group, and executive levels is required. A deep understanding of Agile and Scrum mechanics, with experience coaching teams to improve rhythms, velocity, and decision-making, is essential. Exceptional facilitation and communication skills, strong organizational and project management skills, and comfort working cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, analytics, and leadership stakeholders are necessary.

Responsibilities

The Product Operations Lead will establish and drive the product planning rhythms using a Now/Next/Later framework to enable continuous planning and alignment across teams. Responsibilities include facilitating alignment across squad and group leaders by proposing cadences for readouts and updates, coaching squads on agile and scrum mechanics to build autonomy and improve decision-making, and improving the line of sight to impact by ensuring individual features have responsive metrics that ladder up to OKRs and KPIs. The role also involves leading special projects such as driving agendas for Product Development offsites, coordinating product materials for board meetings, improving org-wide processes like incident reviews and retrospectives, and partnering with the data team on initiatives like data governance and tooling improvements. Additionally, the lead will serve as a trusted operational partner to product and development leadership, identifying bottlenecks, surfacing insights, and driving continuous improvement in the organization's operations.
