Candidates should have 10+ years of experience leading complex, global projects or programs in enterprise software or SaaS organizations, with a strong background in CRM systems like Salesforce and GTM processes. Experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is required. Proven ability to drive execution, prioritize workstreams, and deliver results across matrixed teams, along with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills are essential. Experience working with technical teams, including Solution Consultants, engineers, and product managers, and a proactive, strategic mindset are also necessary. PMP or Agile certification and familiarity with Solution Consulting or PreSales organizations are preferred.
The Global CRM Project Lead will lead global CRM-focused projects aligning with Solution Consulting and broader GTM strategic objectives. They will manage project scope, milestones, timelines, and risks, and collaborate with technical stakeholders, operations teams, and regional SC leadership. The role involves driving operational excellence through system enhancements, process improvements, and change management, as well as establishing and tracking KPIs to measure initiative impact. Responsibilities also include providing regular updates to executive stakeholders, escalating issues, and coordinating cross-functional contributors across global time zones.
